Academic Programs

Our academic programs are in place to encourage participation in and out of school. We enjoy planning trips and working with families to increase awareness of activities that can be enjoyed outside of the classroom. 

Day School/After-School Tutorial

Service for K-8 students who are homeschooled, attending a public online school, or out for school closings.  Offers structured activities, assistance with school assignments, mentoring, organizational, and study skills. Tuesday & Thursday 2pm-5pm

Saturday Academy

The Saturday Academy is a program that encourages families to participate in fun activities while learning, connecting, and creating.  Each month the “Academy” focuses on a different skill or activity for families to engage. 1st and 3rd Saturday of the Month 11am-2pm

Mentor Me

Students participate in group guided mentoring.  Mentees have the opportunity to discuss daily issues and ways to solve problems.  The mentees also focus on leadership skills, building character, and social development.

Students may also participate in:

  • College and Scholarship University

  • Standardized Testing Practice

  • Career Development

  • Community Service Projects

  • Leadership Development

  • Physical Fitness Activities

 

 

Summer Studies

Program offered in partnership with G.I.L.L.S Atlanta. Participants will engage in:

  • Learning Study Habits

  • Recreational Activities (Swimming, Water Sports, Outdoor Activities)

  • Computer Skills/Studies (Typing, Internet Skills/Games)

  • Basic Age Appropriate Academic Concepts

  • Fun Activities/ Field Trips

June – July/ Monday-Friday  8am-5pm
